Using the tools you already have (i.e. Excel, Word, and SharePoint), we deliver solutions your team can own without investing in expensive software.

Built around recognized industry frameworks, our programs support organizations working toward ISO, NIST, DORA, NYDFS, SOC 2, and other resilience requirements.

In Their Words

Common Questions

What is Business Continuity?

Business continuity is the process of preparing your organization to continue delivering critical products and services during and after a disruption. It helps minimize downtime, reduce risk, and ensure your team knows how to respond when unexpected events occur.

Do we need an existing plan to get started?

No. We work with organizations at every stage, whether you're building your first program or improving an existing one. We'll meet you where you are and recommend the approach that best fits your needs.

What size organizations do you work with?

Our services are designed primarily for organizations with approximately 50–500 employees, but we can support both smaller and larger organizations depending on their needs. Every engagement is tailored to your organization's size, complexity, and goals.

How long does a typical engagement take?

Most engagements are completed within a few weeks to a few months, depending on the scope of work and your team's availability. Because our services are offered for a fixed fee, you can move at a pace that works for your organization

How much time will our team need to commit?

Your team's involvement depends on the service, but we strive to keep the process efficient and focused. We'll clearly communicate expectations upfront and work around your operational priorities whenever possible.

Can we purchase services individually?

Absolutely. Whether you need a business continuity plan, role-based training, a tabletop exercise, or program maintenance, our services can be delivered individually or combined into a customized engagement.

What is a tabletop exercise and why do we need one?

A tabletop exercise is a facilitated discussion that walks your team through a realistic disruption scenario. It helps validate plans, clarify roles and responsibilities, and identify opportunities for improvement before a real event occurs.

Can you facilitate a tabletop exercise if we don't have a crisis management plan?

Yes. We can facilitate exercises using your existing business continuity plans or help develop a crisis management plan as part of the engagement. We'll recommend the approach that best supports your organization's objectives.

How is role-based training different from a tabletop exercise?

Role-based training teaches participants their responsibilities and how your continuity program works. A tabletop exercise allows them to apply that knowledge by responding to a realistic scenario in a guided discussion.

Can you review and improve our existing business continuity program?

Yes. We can assess your current documentation, identify gaps, and recommend practical improvements to strengthen your program while building on the work you've already completed.
